Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to bring to the closing?

We require driver’s license or ID for all signers at closing.

We are out of town on the scheduled date of our closing and won't be able to attend the closing at either location. What are our options?

That is no problem at all. We can either email or mail your documents with a return UPS label. Once they are signed and completed, you will use the return UPS label provided to mail them back to our office. Add or conduct a e-notary session right from your phone! 

What do I do if I am selling property with no realtors involved?

No Problem! We offer FREE offer and acceptance forms! You can either pick one up in our office or emailed to you directly. You and your buyer will need to fill it out, Once it has been, it can either be dropped off at our office or emailed to title@curransabstract.com.

Who needs to be present at the closing?

Everyone who is going to be on the deed or mortgage. Spouses will need to be present to sign if the other one is apart of the transaction.

How do I go about scheduling a closing?

If you are using a realtor, we will schedule with them, however feel free to give us a call to schedule at any time!
